iSAMS Acquires CJM Software
iSAMS, a leading web-based management information system (MIS) for schools in the UK, today announced its acquisition of CJM Software Ltd. as of 11th September 2018.
The acquisition of CJM Software Ltd. supports one of the company’s central business objectives: extending its provision of an inclusive and reliable MIS solution to schools across the UK and overseas. iSAMS is currently used by over 900 schools worldwide, with over half a million active users on the platform each day.
CJM Software, founded in 2004, developed School Manager – a system specifically established for independent prep schools. The software was developed within a leading independent school and designed to allow for varying levels of customisation in order to meet the unique needs and processes of prep schools.
The iSAMS philosophy mirrors that of CJM Software in providing a flexible, easy-to-use system that can grow with your school’s needs. The iSAMS MIS has an intuitive, modular design to help improve the management of school data, deliver accurate reporting with ease, enhance communications and engagement, and increase efficiency across the school through instant access to key information.
“It’s been an exciting few months embarking on this project and we are proud to be in a position to officially announce our acquisition of CJM Software. We look forward to welcoming schools currently using School Manager to the iSAMS community; our teams have been working closely with the CJM team and will continue to do so over the coming months to ensure a seamless migration to iSAMS,” said Jamie Reid, Director at iSAMS.
iSAMS helps advance the performance of schools in the UK and around the world with a web-based management information system that empowers learning, supports frontline teaching and improves student outcomes, through a variety of bespoke modules, portals and apps. These features are also scalable and can be customised depending on the specific requirements of each school. Focused on problem-solving for their clients, schools are also able to feed into discussions for the software’s future development.
