We design your training according to your priorities, modules chosen, and the staff you choose for training. How many staff you enrol in training is up to you, but do remember that the faster your entire staff gets up to speed, the sooner you’ll enjoy the benefits.

iSAMS and its portals, modules and apps are all intuitive and user-friendly. That doesn’t mean you’re on your own. We’ve made your training choices as flexible as the system itself.
To get you started after your data has migrated to iSAMS, we’ll design you a personalised post-implementation training plan, tailored to your specific installation.
You’ll learn from an experienced trainer who’ll understand your priorities as well as knowing iSAMS inside and out.
How that training takes place, and which of your staff it involves, is really up to you. We recommend your IT manager, assigned iSAMS administrator and at least one champion from your teaching team. You’ll probably want to include others, such as a member of the bursary and accounts teams.
Delivery depends on the people involved, and we’re happy to advise based on what’s worked best for hundreds of other schools.
Different modules suit different forms of training: classroom-style for admin staff, one-to-one with management, for instance.
Choose training in anything you need, from a focus on admin, to academic management, to technical reporting services (SSRS).
Even after your initial implementation training, we’re always available to help.
Usually for specific processes, new modules, new key users – but can be on any area and for any and as many users you like, either 1-2-1 or in the classroom
Training centre courses
Hosted here at iSAMS’ training centre, typically group sessions for admin areas, technical reporting and modules with large user groups
Ideal for short sessions or for far-flung and international schools
Hot topic training updates, hosted in our iCommunity site
How do I find out about future training?
All new training course dates are published on iCommunity as soon as they become available. You can also join user groups, make feature requests and find out about the latest developments.
If you’d like to arrange bespoke training, whether that’s for a new member of staff, an entire department or because you’re considering a new module, we’ll deliver exactly what you need.
