Record, Maintain & Manage Important Medical Records
Medical Centre provides everything your school needs to maintain and manage the medical records of every one of your students – it’s simple, safe, and secure. Only accessible by authorised users, this module includes a general section filled with key information, as well as an overview of conditions and vaccinations.
The conditions section itself is highly flexible, allowing storage of any kind of condition complete with explanation, treatment, onset and action, and has additional sections for storing dental, eye and hearing records. The body mass index section lets you store every child’s measurements, complete with date, height, weight and notes, and produces a graph from the data.
Simple Search and Powerful Reporting
Simple search forms filter by surname, year group, forms, houses, academic lists and custom groups, with results displayed in a grid containing medical note warnings, health flags and contact cards.
You can also produce reports for groups or individual students with health notes, conditions, diary entries and vaccinations. And there’s a handy student diary to keep track of all appointments and details of trips, plus badge labels too.
Doctor and Surgery Information Linking
Doctor and surgery information can be linked to a student’s record, alongside parental consent, and the document repository allows key documents or files to be uploaded and tagged to any record.
Staff Notifications
We’re pleased to announce the launch of Medical Centre Staff Notifications – a powerful enhancement designed to ensure staff receive timely, relevant updates about student medical activity.
These improvements help teachers and support staff stay informed throughout the school day, strengthening communication and promoting student wellbeing.
Staff Notifications are intelligently targeted, sending alerts only to the staff who need them – including teachers scheduled to teach the student later that day – covering both diary and medication events. A new ‘Departed to’ field gives instant visibility of a student’s next location.
Schools have full flexibility over how notifications are configured, with settings tailored per event, a ‘Do Not Notify’ option where alerts aren’t needed, and a full audit trail to support safeguarding accountability.
