iSAMS launches Central Manage for unified multi-school and multi-campus control

iSAMS announced today the launch of Central Manage, a new addition to the iSAMS Central suite designed to help school groups, multi‑campus organisations, and international education enterprises bring greater consistency and control to the way they operate their schools.

Built specifically for groups managing multiple iSAMS instances, Central Manage provides a centralised way to standardise key configurations across every school – ensuring alignment, improving data quality, and reducing the administrative burden on central teams.

Strengthening consistency across school groups

In most instances, each school maintains its own iSAMS configuration, from global lists to behaviour structures. While this offers autonomy at school level, it often leads to inconsistencies that make group‑wide reporting and governance more challenging.

iSAMS Central Manage addresses this by enabling central teams to push standardised settings across all iSAMS schools. This includes global lists, custom fields, behaviour and wellbeing structures, and other operational configurations. All updates are fully audited, offering transparency and accountability across the group.

“School groups are operating in an increasingly complex landscape, and they need systems that help them work with confidence and consistency. iSAMS Central Manage gives organisations the ability to align their schools quickly and securely, ensuring data is comparable, accurate and immediately useful. It’s a significant step forward in how multi‑school groups standardise and govern their operations.”

Part of the iSAMS Central suite

Central Manage forms one of three core components within the iSAMS Central platform:

  • Central Analytics gives leaders group‑wide visibility with real‑time dashboards covering attendance, behaviour, admissions, wellbeing, staffing, compliance and more.
  • Central Connect provides curated data access through Snowflake, allowing data teams to integrate iSAMS information directly into existing BI tools.
  • Central Manage brings operational alignment by standardising configurations across all iSAMS instances within a group.

Together, the suite delivers a unified data and governance framework for modern education institutions.

Designed for modern, multi‑school institutions

Central Manage is suited to a wide range of education groups, including large independent school groups, international school networks, and expanding organisations with multiple campuses. By centralising configuration management, these enterprises benefit from improved comparability, streamlined operations, and greater confidence in the quality and reliability of their data.

Fast to deploy, simple to use

Like the broader iSAMS Central platform, Central Manage is cloud‑based and quick to implement, typically requiring minimal effort from individual schools. Once enabled, central teams have the ability to manage and update configurations across their entire group from a single platform.

Central Manage is available now for all school groups as part of the iSAMS Central suite. Educational organisations looking to improve operational consistency and strengthen group‑wide reporting can contact the iSAMS team to learn more.
