iSAMS joins AMCIS as a corporate member
iSAMS has joined AMCIS (The Association for Admissions, Marketing and Communications in Independent Schools) as a corporate member.
AMCIS has supported the Independent School sector for more than 25 years, with more than 500 member schools throughout the UK benefiting from its events, support and advice, training and professional development.
As the leading MIS (Management Information System) provider to Independent Schools in the UK, iSAMS supports more than 1,300 Independent and International Schools around the world and recently released a new cloud-based Admissions solution, making clear the synergy with AMCIS and its member schools.
iSAMS will offer AMCIS member schools a true end-to-end solution for school management, comprising a cloud-based MIS with fully integrated solutions for admissions, communications and marketing. The Admissions Cloud Portal provides a dedicated, branded portal for prospective parents to create an account, submit and track enrolment applications and make registration payments. Admissions and marketing staff gain detailed insights into user behaviour with the portal’s Google Analytics integration.
The portal also greatly reduces the amount of time staff must spend manually entering data into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform. Once a parent completes an enquiry or admissions form, the data is written directly into the iSAMS central database, removing the need for staff to do so. Parents can also safely upload digital versions of documents, removing the potential for these to go astray, complying with GDPR and further streamlining the process.
Furthermore, iSAMS offers a comprehensive set of communications tools to ensure engagement throughout the school community, including a suite of apps and portals for parents, teachers and students, an SMS gateway to facilitate important notices and a daily bulletin within iSAMS to share updates.
