iSAMS launches upgraded Ideas Portal for user feedback and system innovation
iSAMS has announced the launch of the upgraded Ideas Portal for iSAMS schools. This new, clearer, and more comprehensive platform will enable staff who use iSAMS at their school to provide feedback on the system and communicate new ideas to the iSAMS product and development teams.
Over the years, many iSAMS school users have contributed to the existing iSAMS Ideas Portal. Today’s announcement offers schools improved portal functionality and transparency over their idea submissions.
The goal of the iSAMS Ideas Portal is to ensure that every user’s voice is heard. iSAMS is passionate about providing schools with the opportunity to contribute to the growth and evolution of their software.
The iSAMS Ideas Portal enables iSAMS users to make suggestions or provide ideas for enhancements within the system, to help streamline their day-to-day use of their iSAMS software. Schools can submit individual feature ideas or make suggestions on amendments to existing features, workflows, and interfaces. The submissions are managed in categories, aligned to the iSAMS modules for ease of access.
The upgraded portal will also enable users to vote for – and subscribe to – ideas threads, and track them from submission, through to planning or completion, for total clarity over the development process and future plans.
“We appreciate all feedback from our schools and are thrilled that our customers are so engaged with the improvement of the system. We’re keen to provide a platform with complete transparency relating to all submitted ideas and how any resulting developments are progressing for the future” said Nicholas Clark, Product Manager at iSAMS.
