Tudor Hall School
Tudor Hall School launched iSAMS as their new MIS towards the end of the Winter term. After the school carried out a full review of the market, we were delighted to be selected as their chosen supplier – replacing Engage by Double First. We look forward to developing a successful partnership with the school.
Lingfield Notre Dame
Lingfield Notre Dame were using CMIS Facility by Serco and wanted to review the market to investigate other alternatives. The new Headmaster at Lingfield recommended iSAMS to his SMT as he was a previous user of our system at two previous schools. We were delighted that the SMT agreed to replace CMIS Facility with iSAMS. We look forward to working with all of the staff at the school.
St Helen & St Katharine
St Helen & St Katherine used CMIS Facility by Serco for a number of years before replacing it with iSAMS. We were delighted to be chosen as the preferred MIS provider. We worked closely with the steering committee throughout the transfer and install, looking forward to a September launch. We were delighted to add St Helen & St Katharine to our growing list of GSA Schools.
King’s College School – Cambridge
King’s College School had been using internal systems to manage the data. We were invited to present to a range of staff during a review process. The school met with a number of suppliers and we were very pleased when iSAMS were chosen as the preferred supplier. We then implemented and launched their new MIS.
Bedford School have been using CMIS by Serco for several years. We were invited to demonstrate iSAMS to a select group of senior staff and following a successful demonstration did a day-long demonstration for SMT and other key staff. We were delighted by the response from staff and even more delighted when Bedford confirmed that they would replace CMIS with iSAMS this summer.
King Edward’s School – Witley
KES have been using PASS/3SYS by WCBS for their Administration and Academic management for a number of years. iSAMS were invited to present to a small group of staff as an initial investigation. Following the success of this initial meeting we were invited back to meet with other staff members. KES felt that there were enough improvements in iSAMS from an academic point of view to justify changing their MIS.
Stroud School wanted to review their current Engage system by Double First. Following a system review that included a number of key users, it was agreed that the school would migrate to iSAMS and will go live this summer.
New Hall School
New Hall School have been using CMIS Facility by Serco for several years. Having decided that the new system Progresso was not a good fit they invited a number of suppliers to present to the SMT. iSAMS were selected as the final two alongside WCBS/3SYS. We were delighted when the SMT confirmed that iSAMS was their preferred system. We then worked closely with New Hall through their migration and the school went live with iSAMS during the summer term.
Michael Hall School
Michael Hall School were using an in-house system. The school wanted to move to a commercial product so setup a review process which included most MIS providers, with iSAMS one of the providers on the shortlist. Following an all day demonstration, iSAMS were chosen as the new MIS partner. The data was successfully transferred from the in-house system with Michael Hall going live with iSAMS after Easter.
More House School
More House School were using Engage by Double First. iSAMS were invited to present to members of the SMT for an initial review along with WCBS and Capita. iSAMS were then invited back for a second round of demonstrations and following this the Bursar confirmed iSAMS was their preferred choice. We replaced their current system during the summer term with a planned launch for September 2012.
St Lawrence College
St Lawrence have been using CMIS by Serco for several years. We were invited to demonstrate iSAMS to a group of senior staff and following a successful demonstration for the SMT and key staff we were delighted when St Lawrence confirmed that they would replace CMIS with iSAMS this summer. We are looking forward to working with all the staff and look forward to a September launch.
Gayhurst School were using an in-house system. The school wanted to review the MIS marketplace so setup a review process that included most MIS providers. Following a demonstration to key staff iSAMS was chosen as their preferred MIS partner. The data was then transferred from the in-house systems with Gayhurst going live with iSAMS during the summer.
Shrewsbury International School – Bangkok
The new Vice Principal recently joined Shrewsbury from Ardingly where he had used iSAMS for several years. iSAMS was recommended to the Principal and other senior colleagues and we were invited to Bangkok to demonstrate iSAMS to other staff members. Following a successful meeting, Shrewsbury Bangkok spoke with Shrewsbury School, who also recently adopted iSAMS. Following their positive reference it was agreed iSAMS would replace the incumbent Education Edge system by Blackbaud. We worked with the IT team to transfer the data during the summer term with a view to launching iSAMS in September.
Marlborough College – Malaysia
iSAMS have been working with Marlborough College UK for several years now. We have always had a great working relationship and this meant the decision to choose iSAMS for the new Malaysian College was a relatively easy one for the new SMT. The new College has already been using a hosted version of iSAMS for applicant registration for some time. The agreement is now official and we will migrate the databases so that the system will be hosted within the College and look forward to a summer launch of iSAMS. The College will be using the whole iSAMS suite which will also include Fee Billing and Sage.
Polam Hall School
Polam Hall replaced Schoolbase by Furlong with iSAMS this summer and launched their new iSAMS system in September. The Headmaster was a previous user of iSAMS whilst at Rugby School. It is a fantastic complement to win a new school under these circumstances. We are very happy to welcome Polam Hall as new clients. The school has adopted most of the iSAMS modules and we look forward to working with the school over the coming months.
Alton Convent School
Alton Convent have been using SIMS by Capita for some time. Following a visit to the iSAMS stand at BETT 2012 and a subsequent meeting at the school, it was agreed to replace SIMS with iSAMS. iSAMS was deemed to be a much better fit for the schools requirements. Alton Convent will be implementing iSAMS over the summer term and launching their new system in September.
New English School, Kuwait
New English School have been using an in-house management system for several years. The school wanted to replace their in-house system with a commercial product but didn’t want to lose the flexibility it gave them. We were able to demonstrate that whilst iSAMS is intuitive it is also flexible and customisable. We were delighted when the school confirmed iSAMS was their chosen system, and welcome another school from the Middle East – we look forward to working with them.
Headington were using SIMS by Capita for a number of years before replacing it with iSAMS during the summer. Headington were introduced to iSAMS very late on during their decision process. Following some review meetings, we were very excited to be confirmed as the preferred supplier after such a short period. We are also pleased to be adding another very successful GSA School as a new client. iSAMS now have more individual GSA Schools than any other MIS provider.
St Julian’s School, Portugal
St Julian’s School have been using CMIS Facility by Serco for a number of years and will be replacing it with iSAMS. We are delighted to have been chosen as the preferred MIS provider. St Julian’s will implement a large number of iSAMS modules with a planned launch date during the summer of 2012. We are looking forward to working with all the staff and welcoming St Julian’s as another new iSAMS international school.

Following a successful introduction we were invited back to do a full days demonstration for the SMT and key staff. We were delighted by the response from staff and even more delighted when Bromsgrove confirmed that they would replace CMIS/Facility with iSAMS this summer.
St John’s School, Leatherhead
St John’s have been using PASS by WCBS for their administration and academic management. iSAMS were invited to present to a large group of staff as an initial investigation as the school were not happy with PASS. St John’s liked the improvements iSAMS offered from an academic point of view enough to justify changing their MIS. We are working on the implementation now and look forward to the school going live in September.
After meeting with representatives from the School at BETT, we arranged a visit to Aloha College in Spain and after a successful demonstration SMT selected iSAMS as their preferred MIS partner. Aloha will be replacing SIMS with iSAMS and they plan to launch a module packed iSAMS system during the summer of 2012. We are delighted to be moving another school over from Capita SIMS. We are also very happy to be adding another new international school – our first in Spain.
Elizabeth College, Guernsey
We met with the Headmaster at the HMC Conference in St Andrews. The Head explained the school were not happy with their current system and staff didn’t like using SIMS by Capita. We were able to share the experiences of other schools that had already moved to iSAMS from SIMS and arranged an all-day demonstration for a large number of key staff. We were delighted when Elizabeth College confirmed that they would be replacing SIMS with iSAMS this summer.
iSAMS met Lambrook at BETT 2012 and following a brief conversation with the IT Director, we agreed to arrange a demonstration at the school. We met with members of the SMT and a number of system users. Following a successful presentation we were delighted when Lambrook confirmed they had chosen iSAMS to replace SchoolManager by CJM. Lambrook will go live in September 2012.
iSAMS have been talking to Orbital Education for a number of years now, as they investigated possible MIS solutions. Orbital Education is the owner and operator of a growing group of international schools and kindergartens in Europe and Asia. We are very pleased to be adding this group of schools to our rapidly growing list of international clients. We look forward to working with the individual schools and the management team implementing iSAMS.
British School of Ulaanbataar
We met with Senior Managers at the COBIS Conference 2012 to discuss their MIS requirements for the School that will open its doors in September 2012. We were chosen ahead of other providers following a reference from a colleague at a previous school who has now joined the management team. The School will launch iSAMS during the summer ready for the opening in September.
RAK Academy, UAE
iSAMS previously worked with a RAK colleague whilst he was at Tanglin in Singapore. We were delighted to hear that we were recommended as a potential supplier and following an all-day visit to the Academy we are very pleased to confirm RAK Academy chosing iSAMS as their new MIS. We will work closely with staff over the coming months with a planned launch in the new term.
Along with all of the other major independent school MIS providers, iSAMS were invited to tender for the contract to supply Eton College with a replacement solution for their custom built in-house system. Following extensive research into all products, we are delighted to have been chosen as the College’s preferred partner. All existing data is being transferred from the in-house systems and Eton will go live with iSAMS during the summer.
iSAMS were originally invited to demonstrate our system at Kelly College in 2009 but unfortunately an alternative system was selected as it was felt the company was still maturing. 3 years on we were very pleased to be invited back to the school in order to demonstrate how the company and product has developed. Following an all-day demonstration we are thrilled to finally include the school within our growing list of clients. Kelly College are replacing SIMS from Capita.
St Mary’s School, Cambridge
St Mary’s School have been using WCBS PASS for a number of years now and had recently investigated upgrading to their new offering 3SYS, as they were keen on the benefits offered via a browser based system. Following a number of successful visits to the school, it was agreed that St Mary’s will implement iSAMS to replace the academic and administration systems currently in use throughout the school.
Westonbirt School were looking to replace Phoenix Gold and ideally wanted a solution that was internet-based, with the data stored securely off-site. After reviewing the other systems capable of meeting their requirements, we were very pleased when the school chose iSAMS as their new MIS. We will be launching a hosted solution for the school from September.
The Kings Colleges Group run English courses, University Preparation courses, Direct University Placement programmes and Summer Vacation courses for international pupils. The have colleges located in Bournemouth, London, Oxford, Boston and Los Angeles. Even though some key staff members had good experience of an alternative suppliers system, it was agreed that iSAMS was a much better fit for the schools needs.
