Tracking Manager lets you analyse the academic performance of every individual student, or groups of students, and keep an eye on their progress over time – it’s flexible, easy-to-use and comprehensive.
This module uses information from other iSAMS areas, such as Reports Wizard, Gradebooks, Exams and External Data to quickly create complex models of performance data.
With access to all grades, positions, results and test scores, and external import through testing data such as MidYis, Yelis, Allis and others, you can create tracking models within spreadsheets. These can contain unlimited styles to create your school’s own bespoke visual representations and colour code formats, and can be set to change data values, such as letters into numbers or percentages into grades.
Tracking Manager can also produce pie charts, bar charts and line graphs for detailed analysis of performance, and column data can automatically show minimum, maximum and average marks, plus grade summaries. You can copy these options and export them, to share data between folders and other modules. Once the models have been built up with data they can be exported to Excel for further analysis, or published to other staff members, or to other modules such as the Student Portal.
Designed to analyse academic performance and progress over time for both individuals and groups of students.
Gives access to all grades, results, positions, test scores, comments and exam results available within iSAMS.
The external import allows baseline testing data using MidYis, Yelis, Allis and others, or any data held within a spreadsheet used when creating a tracking model.
A comprehensive toolset allows the user to create unlimited styling and design objects for visually representing and highlighting certain data using bespoke colour code formats. Once created, these styles can be used again within any tracking model.
Gradeset and Transpose objects can also be generated to change data values. This includes representing alpha characters in numerical form, flipping grades into predefined comments or turning a percentage into a grade.
Any column of data within a model can automatically show minimum, maximum, average and median mark, as well as standard deviation and mark variance. A grade summary is also available.
Produce pie and bar charts, together with line graphs for detailed analysis of data. Tristate and line graphs can also be displayed within a cell for instant visual progress performance.
Apply calculations and logic by using tracking formulas.
Every option can be copied or exported, meaning you can share complex models or move them between folders and modules.
Once models are built up with data they can be exported easily to Excel for further analysis.
