Wanting to move away from the current structure where schools were using a myriad of different systems, Nord Anglia made the decision to use a single MIS solution across the entire group. Deloitte was appointed to run the procurement process. Initially there were four suppliers identified as potential candidates for the contract. This was later narrowed to three, each being invited to present to the purchasing committee. Following a demo of our product and discussion about our services and experience, we were delighted to be selected as one of the final two providers, and later their preferred partner. Over the summer we implemented iSAMS within seven schools and look forward to migrating the remaining schools across in due course.

In the New Year we visited the School, which is based in a wonderful location in the award-winning township of Desa ParkCity and the staff voted unanimously to replace SIMS with iSAMS. Bangkok Patana School
Bangkok Patana School is Thailand’s original British international school and we are thrilled to be working with them. Following a series of online presentations, visits to existing overseas clients and a meeting with us at bett, iSAMS has been selected to replace the existing in-house database. We are delighted to partner with yet another leading international school.
Dubai English Speaking School (DESS)
DESS were using e1 by Pearson for a number of years. DESS were another international school given notice by Pearson about the withdrawal of e1. DESS were recommended to iSAMS by JESS who were already moving to iSAMS. Following a successful onsite demonstration, we are delighted that iSAMS were the chosen MIS partner and we look forward to working with another school in Dubai.
Dubai English Speaking College (DESC)
DESC were also using e1 by Pearson for a number of years. DESC were another international school given notice by Pearson about the withdrawal of e1. DESC are part of the same group as DESS so were also introduced to iSAMS by JESS. We are delighted that iSAMS were the chosen MIS partner and we look forward to working with both schools. There is some very exciting growth for iSAMS in the Middle East and we look forward to building new relationships.
The British School Al Khubairat (BSAK)
BSAK in Abu Dhabi have been using SIMS by Capita for a number of years. When Dr Christopher Ray joined the School as Headmaster, he insisted that iSAMS should replace SIMS as soon as possible. Dr Ray was previously the High Master at Manchester Grammar School and had been aware of iSAMS, and the benefits it has over SIMS for an Independent School. iSAMS were invited to meet with a large number of key stakeholders and following this meeting and a consultation with staff, there was an overwhelming desire to replace SIMS with iSAMS with immediate effect. We are delighted to welcome another school in the Middle East and look forward to go live in September.
Carleton House Preparatory School
Carleton House have been using an in-house system for a number of years. The school wanted to review the MIS marketplace so setup a review process that included a selection of MIS providers. Following a successful demonstration to key stakeholder, iSAMS was chosen as their preferred MIS partner. The data will be transferred from the in-house system and the school will go live with iSAMS during the summer. We are delighted to welcome another Prep School onto our Hosted Prep School Solution.
We are excited to announce that Baobab College in Zambia will be installing iSAMS as their new management system from September. They join a growing number of schools in Africa now using iSAMS. Baobab is a 3-18 day and boarding school. We look forward to working with the senior management team and implementing iSAMS to all staff during the summer. We are delighted to add another International School to our growing list of clients.
