Making support simple

Once you’ve registered to use the service, it will immediately link any email support requests to your account. Please register at

School groups

The support centre supports school groups. If you register using your school email address, you’ll be put in your school group automatically – we’ve created groups for every one of our schools. This means you can view all requests from anyone within the same group, and if you’re the project leader you’ll be able to follow other users’ requests, add additional comments or take over requests from other users. There’s no limit to the number of users who can register or use our support centre.

Forums, announcements and status information

The support centre also has a discussion forum, where users can learn about iSAMS announcements, updates and new releases, known bugs and how to fix them, and other tips and tricks.

Some useful support centre features include:

  • RSS feeds allowing you to receive instant updates
  • full email integration, so you can create and reply to all requests
  • a forum to view other people’s answers, advice and information
  • text and instant messaging alerts, giving you immediate update notifications.
