We are committed to offering the highest level of support to our schools, and we achieve this through our efficiently run support centre. You can submit support tickets through our online ticketing system, or contact the support centre by phone. As well as this day-to-day support, we encourage schools to submit desired enhancements or ‘feature requests‘ through our online ideas forum, called UserVoice.
To help you make the most of your relationship with iSAMS, we have introduced a scheme called Partnership Schools, where we can discuss our long-term road map and short-term enhancements. We will also be launching iCommunity – a website for all iSAMS clients, monitored by iSAMS and the Partnership Schools. It contains a vast amount of information, covering a huge variety of topics designed to share best practice.
To ensure you maximise the return on your investment, and make full use of the system, we have designed specific training courses aimed at key stakeholders, together with specific courses designed for particular parts of the system.
Our support centre provides access to our support desk, as well as forums, documentation, help guides and other useful information.
