Each applicant is linked to the job description you’ve created, so it’s easy to see how many people have applied and access all of their details.
It’s not just HR that can access the system, of course. You can give any staff member you want the necessary admin access to review CVs and application forms, create and upload new vacancies, review candidates, schedule interviews and conduct all communications. You can even give your preferred recruitment company access, with restricted permissions.
