Far East based Trainer

The Role

We are looking for a self-motivated training professional to join our team of trainers dedicated to providing an excellent training experience to our ever-expanding customer base. Your role will be to focus on our clients in the Far East but there may be a requirement to train in other localities within a reasonable travelling distance.

You will train new schools on the iSAMS systems and help with their system set up. You will work with our Implementation team to design training programmes responding to the individual school requirements. As well as new schools, you will also work with our Customer Account Managers for existing schools to ensure they are getting the optimum out of the iSAMS software.

Ideally you will be based in Kuala Lumpar, Bangkok or Ho Chi Minh City. Initially, you will support our schools through online training, however once travel is safe, you will travel to customer sites across the region to provide face to face classroom-based training, as well as online training where needed.

To ensure ongoing improvements of the training service, you will also work with the team to develop our training materials and evaluate the success of training delivery.

You will be keen to learn and maintain a deep understanding of the iSAMS product and system developments.

The work is long term and on-going and the individual will work on a self-employed basis.

The Requirements

For this role you will need:

  • Experience of planning and delivering training, working with a complex software product
  • Experience of working within the education sector
  • Experience of delivering online training and working with a Management Information System (MIS) is strongly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An organised, yet flexible approach, with ability to respond to changing priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A willingness to travel nationally and internationally
